The short version

Tokodachi has no telemetry, no account, and no servers. We can't see your data because nothing is ever sent to us.

What the app touches locally

• Token-usage signals emitted by your AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex) — read locally to animate and grow your pet. They never leave your machine.
• Pet state and preferences — stored in a local folder (~/.tokodachi).
• Collectible card images — saved to your own Pictures folder, only when you export them.

Payments and paid products

Tokodachi is currently a free early access download. When paid checkout is open, paid Tokodachi products, including Tokodachi World, are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects the billing information needed to complete your order under their own privacy policy. We receive the order email address so receipts, downloads, and license support can be delivered.

This website

The landing page is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics for aggregate visit counts only — no cookies, no personal data, and no third-party or advertising trackers.
