14-day refunds, no drama

When paid checkout is open, if Tokodachi World doesn't work on your machine or just isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund. No forms, no questions beyond what's needed to find your order.

How to request

• Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout.
• Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy (the Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
