1. Who we are & what you're getting

Tokodachi is a desktop companion application operated by Weeple ("we", "us"). Tokodachi is currently offered as a free early access download. When paid checkout is open, paid Tokodachi products, including Tokodachi World, are sold as one-time purchases through Lemon Squeezy, who act as the Merchant of Record for billing, receipts, and applicable taxes.

2. License

Your download or purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use Tokodachi on devices you own. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly rehost the application or its assets.

3. Updates

Updates, including future cosmetic content, are included for free. We may change or discontinue features over time.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to circumvent downloads, license checks, purchase flows, or use the software for unlawful purposes. That's about it.

5. Warranty & liability

Tokodachi is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software. The software reads local usage signals from your AI coding tools solely to animate and grow your pet — see the Privacy Policy.
