1. Who we are & what you're buying

Tokodachi World is a desktop application for Windows operated by Weeple ("we", "us"). When paid checkout is open, Tokodachi World is sold as a one-time purchase through Lemon Squeezy, who act as the Merchant of Record for billing, receipts, and applicable taxes.

2. License

Your download or purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use Tokodachi World on devices you own. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly rehost the application or its assets.

3. Updates

Updates — including future model skins, badges and cosmetic content — are included for free. We may change or discontinue features over time.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to circumvent downloads, license checks, purchase flows, or use the software for unlawful purposes. That's about it.

5. Warranty & liability

Tokodachi World is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software. The software reads local usage signals (AI tokens or focus minutes) solely to grow your pet — see the Privacy Policy.
